Tea in the United States covers everything from a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea house to a Southern sweet-tea counter, and the fastest-growing segment is bubble tea: Taiwanese-style milk teas and fruit teas with tapioca pearls, sold by chains and independents alike with adjustable sugar and ice levels. Tea rooms serving afternoon tea with scones and sandwiches usually require a reservation, while boba shops, juice bars and smoothie shops are walk-in and quick. Kava and kombucha bars are a newer category, and loose-leaf tea stores sell blends, teaware and gifts, often with a tasting counter. Prices for a drink run similar to coffee-shop prices, with premium teas and cold-pressed juices at the high end.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11:30 amโ€“8 pm. The milk tea had very little tea flavor. Compared to the Western Ave location, the quality was much lower.

Bad bad bad, service sucks. Staff has attitude problem. One guy and one girl are not busy. The tea drink has no tea taste at all. Cheap babo, sugar, ice only . I cannot tell it is TEA. There were so many good reviews.. may be someone brought them? Stay away from this poor operated thing. I would suggest the owner / the franchise close it๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿค• down.

I ordered the brown sugar milk tea and it was one of the best ones i've had and the boba was soft and chewy, just how I like it! The staff were friendly and quick, and the drink was ready in no time. Gong Cha never disappoints - definitely one of my go-to spots for bubble tea!!
